For Stacy Baker, an ambitious entrepreneur based in Los Angeles, the idea of creating luxury lingerie that could be worn with ease and perfect fit was nothing short of a dream. For months she had been collaborating with a remarkable designer from Barcelona, carefully piecing together her vision.
CHALLENGE
Stacy needed help with developing highly technical sketches, CADs, and tech packs. Additionally, finding the right fabrics and suppliers proved to be a major challenge. It was clear that Stacy could not complete her journey without assistance from an experienced team. That’s when she turned to us for help in product development and overcoming these obstacles so that her collection would stand out amongst its competitors.
SOLUTION
With the help of our experienced team, we were able to design the functional aspects of Stacy’s lingerie brand so that garments could have multiple uses and be produced effectively in a factory setting. We created detailed technical sketches to explain these designs and provided tech packs to ensure accuracy in product development. Through three rounds of prototyping, we perfected each piece until they met Stacy’s requirements for functionality, sexiness, and daring style.
RESULTS
Together we crafted an amazing lingerie line that is now renowned for its craftsmanship and innovation. Lunatic Femme pieces can be worn endlessly without compromising comfort or style, making them a popular choice for those seeking luxury lingerie. The designs were manufactured in New York and are available for purchase on the Lunatic Femme E-commerce site lunaticfemme.com, where anyone can find stunning lingerie with a perfect fit. We consider our work with Stacy as a great success and we hope to continue working with her for the collections to come!

CUSTOMER
Marika Vera is a luxury brand based in Mexico City and was conceived with the philosophy to empower women all around the world, to make them explore and feel comfortable with their erotic identity, and to encourage a sex positive view from the feminine and sensual perspective. Marika Vera designs basic pieces of clothing from trousers to blazers that are easy to combine with their best seller bodysuits or intimates, that have unique cuts that instantly enhance the silhouette of the wearer.

Marika approached us to aid in the launch of her exclusive swimwear line. Being Swim a new category for the brand, tour professional expertise was vital in not only making patterns and samples, but also sourcing the right materials and trims.
SOLUTION
Our team developed patterns and samples of four different swimsuits for the brand: 3 two-piece sets and one full-piece. We created a round of fit samples in-house and did all the fit assessment in our studio until getting final approved samples ready for production.
RESULTS
Marika Vera successfully launched its swimwear collection on their e-commerce site and in their two exclusive Mexico City boutiques.
Orbist
CUSTOMER
Chanelle Obrist, a Sydney-based designer, recently launched the Orbist Intimates Launch Collection, her first foray into lingerie. Unfortunately, the process of completing design, product development and production was spread between too many freelancers. This caused complications that resulted in a broken and inefficient experience for Chanelle.
CHALLENGE
With her first collection a success, Chanelle wanted to take Orbist Intimates to the next level with a second collection. To achieve this, she sought after the assistance of a studio that could complete the entire process and help her elevate her brand into one of luxury.
SOLUTION
We worked hard to help Chanelle achieve her vision with the new summer Orbist Intimates Collection. We designed the collection, developed a custom strawberry embroidery, and completed four rounds of samples, fittings and sourcing in order to find the best factory match for her line. Throughout this process, we maintained strict oversight over manufacturing until completion.
RESULTS
Through our intricate custom embroidery, we helped Chanelle elevate her brand and create a luxurious look. This collection was launched in December 2022 exclusively on her e-commerce website obrist.com.au

Zodiaque Studios
CUSTOMER
Emily Renk, the Berlin-based art curator, came to us in 2020 with a vision – to create lingerie that was both luxurious and stylish. Utilizing the finest silks, she wanted to craft a contemporary look that pushed the boundaries of lingerie design.
CHALLENGE
Emily had a distinct idea of the lingerie she wanted to create, and so we worked with her to develop the styles, source the finest silks, and perfect the fit through multiple sample runs. For Emily’s first collection, we manufactured locally in Latin America; for her second, however, we shifted gears to Europe as our production hub.
SOLUTION
With an emphasis on comfort, we designed Emily’s lingerie collection to include her signature underwire bra as the cornerstone piece – the epitome of fit and support. We manufactured her first set of pieces locally in Latin America for both cost and quality reasons; when it came to creating her second collection, however, we opted to fly across the pond to Europe in order to up the ante with her production process. Zodique Studios are now expanding into Activewear and Swimwear!
RESULTS
We helped Emily start Zodiaque Studios with two collections – and step up our game further by helping her exhibit at Interfiliere in Paris in January 2023. Orders have been rolling in since, not only from her own e-commerce site, zodiaquestudios.com, but also from fantastic concept stores in Germany. Now, more and more amazing retailers throughout Europe are placing orders for her brand.
BootayBag
CUSTOMER
BootayBag is an innovative monthly subscription service that provides customers with 2-4 pairs of custom designed, high-quality underwear each month. Founded by CEO and founder Ellyette Gheno, BootayBag began its journey as a private label model, collaborating with multiple factories to create top-notch undergarments at a great price. However, Elly was determined to take the brand further and introduce unique designs and prints to elevate the brand experience. With her entrepreneurial spirit and years of experience in the market, she strived to make this dream come true.
CHALLENGE
Elly had a vision to provide her customers with a complete experience. To make this dream a reality, we designed and developed new styles and to create the perfect matching bras to accompany every pair of panties featured in Bootaybag’s subscription service.
SOLUTION
We have been collaborating with Bootaybag for the past two years, creating more than 24 collections of lingerie, each featuring limited edition items such as bras, loungewear, activewear and swimwear. We successfully standardized fit across all styles dramatically reducing the complaints and returns that the brand was previously receiving. In addition, we helped launch both wired and non-wired underwire bras; a challenge that had previously been unsolved. Last but certainly not least, we were able to find an incredible manufacturing partner to handle full production for the brand, dramatically improving the quality of the products.
RESULTS
Through dedication and hard work, together with Bootaybag’s team, we were able to transform Elly’s creative vision into reality, introducing innovative designs and branching out into new product categories into the subscription model. By offering their customers a complete experience with perfect pairing of bras and panties featured in their subscription model and creating collections that feature everything at bootaybag.com.
Soko
CUSTOMER
When Chris and Natasha, a husband-and-wife team left their private equity jobs in New York City, to launch Soko -a Malaysian bra company- in 2020 they had big dreams of using this venture as an opportunity for women’s empowerment. Drawing inspiration behind the name ‘Soko’ – which is derived from the Malay word ‘sokong’, meaning support- the brand promises representation that resonates with modern Malaysia through utmost comfort and great shopping experiences. This mission was particularly important because although Natasha hadn’t lived there for almost two decades, she still felt a strong impetus to create something special for her homeland and Malaysian women.v
CHALLANGE
Natasha and Chris reached out to us in 2020, and together we designed and developed Soko’s signature pieces.
SOLUTION
We developed with their vision in mind a comfortable wireless option for everyday use. A lacy bralette and finally – reminiscent of sports gear- an ultra comfy lounge bra. The couple in Malaysia tested all items by having 50 volunteers wear them while jogging, jumping, or sleeping.
CHALLANGE 2.0
In 2022, they were honored with the Innovator Award from Northeastern’s Women Who Empower. With this reward money they decided to expand their size range into the plus size category, so they reached out to us again.
SOLUTION 2.0
We developed and engineered the bras in sizes XXL-2X, taking into consideration larger bodies to make non-wired bras functional and supportive.
RESULTS
Soko’s drive for progress resulted in a remarkable transformation within the first year of its launch wearsoko.com. And pushing revenues to six-figures on top of being careful to stay respectful of Muslim country norms such as those of Malaysia.
