FULL PACKAGE
Our best-selling flat-fee package includes everything you need to create a stunning range of intimate apparel and swimwear, including full development support, guidance through the launch process, and high-quality finishings.
With our proven track record of success, you can be confident that your new collection will make a lasting impression on your customers.
INCLUDES FOR EACH SET:
1. DESIGN PHASE:
Research, moodboard, initial sketches, final sketches.
2. Development Tech Pack for each style:
Includes: technical drawings, CADs, development specs, BOM, Component & Construction call-outs.
3. Factory sourcing:
Best option depending on your needs, factory liaison & negotiating on your behalf best pricing and small MOQs.
4. Up to 3 rounds of fitting samples :
On professional lingerie dressform Alvanon size standard 34B. *(Sampling fees are paid to the factory itself to be fully transparent).
5. Up to 3 rounds of updated Tech Packs:
Fit comments, visual schematics, revised specs, updated BOM, etc.
5. Grading Rules:
Based on final approved samples on standard sizing, we will provide grading rules & tolerances for each style for all the size range.
6. Production Management:
Manage your production, TNA (Time & Action plan), factory liaison, all the way through the end of bulk production.
7. Quality Control:
An independent quality control inspection from our agents based in Hong Kong or Mainland China. A report of QC will be delivered and if necessary, the agent will manage any unapproved garment.
Our experienced team will work with you to research, sketch, and develop your designs, source the best factories, and manage production all the way through to quality control. We’ll provide up to three rounds of professional fittings on our industry standard Alvanon 34B dressform, as well as updated tech packs after each fitting. And with our grading rules and tolerances, you can be confident that your garments will fit beautifully in every size. Let us handle the hassle so you can focus on your business!
DESIGN

TECH PACKS
Here at Interior B, we understand that the development of a complete and detailed tech pack is essential for any clothing line- whether it be lingerie, swimwear or activewear.
There are so many details to consider, from the overall silhouette to the individual components that make up each garment. And if you’re not a trained designer, it can be difficult to know where to start.
That’s where our professional team comes in. We will develop your tech packs so that it includes everything you need, technical sketches, CADs, component and construction call-outs and bill of materials, and in a format that is easy to understand. We want to make your life easier- so let us take care of your tech packs!
PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
Our team offers a complete development service to take your product from concept to reality. We work closely with our factory partners to develop patterns and prototypes, ensuring that your vision comes to life exactly as you imagined it. Our rigorous fitting assessment process guarantees that the finished product will meet all your requirements and perfect fit.
During the process, we’ll communicate any changes to the factory through updated detailed tech packs and spec sheets, and iterate until the sample is fit-approved and ready for bulk manufacturing.

Having over 10 years of experience in the Intimate Apparel industry, and having great business relationships with numerous suppliers, we are experts helping you find the best fabric suppliers: luxurious silks, beautiful laces and embroideries, sustainable or organic jerseys, mesh and all the components to build high quality lingerie, including branded hardware, bespoke underwires, and basically anything you need to design and produce the highest quality garments.
PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT
At Interior B studio, we offer comprehensive production management services to help our clients bring their products to market efficiently and effectively. We will be in charge of ongoing communication with factories, coordinating production schedules and quality control inspections, so we can ensure that your design vision is carried out during manufacturing.
We will also liaise with factories during product development and bulk manufacturing, make and follow a time and action plan, and schedule quality control inspections, making sure that your products are made to the highest standards. With our production management services, you can focus on your core business while we take care of the details.
