Upon full payment, all final works, including designs, tech packs, prototypes, patterns, and other deliverables, shall become the sole and exclusive property of the client. Interior B Studio retains no rights to the final works unless explicitly stated.

  • Not involve in any action that hinders or disrupts our services.

4. Service Terms

5. Payment Terms

You must make payments for services as per the agreed schedule. The cost of each project varies depending on its complexity and size. We reserve the right to suspend services if you delay payments. You must pay invoices within seven days of the issue date. Late payments may incur a fee of 5% per 15 days until fully paid. You can make payments via direct deposit, Wise, or PayPal. Please note, if you use PayPal, an extra 5% will be added to the invoice for transaction fees.

6. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and commit to protecting your confidential information. We keep all personal and business information shared with us confidential and use it solely to provide our services. Each client must enter into a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) with Interior B Studio before commencing any work. Either party may terminate the NDA at any time with written notice. In case of termination, the client must resolve all outstanding invoices. If termination is due to a breach, the non-breaching party must provide notice and an opportunity to cure the breach.

9. Limitation of Liability

Interior B Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services. This does not limit or exclude our liability where the law does not allow limitations or exclusions.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mexico, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mexico City.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

By continuing to use our services, you agree to be bound by the updated terms and conditions. If you have an effective NDA, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice before any new terms and conditions take effect.
